Alnwick Gardens

Our second trip to Alnwick brought the best weather imaginable so we spent the entire time in the gardens. As well as the poison garden and the giant fountain opposite the entrance they also have landscaped and wooded areas

I think the Serpent Garden is a particularly solarpunk space in that it combines soothing natural features with physics in a way that can’t help but teach the visitor about water, gravity and light, how they function and work together.
